Caprese® offers a safe and fast refund service for all orders placed on the site. You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the package.

How to make a return

1. Log in to your Island Coco account by clicking here using the email address you used to place your order.
2. Select the order containing the items you wish to return.
3. Please indicate the specific items you wish to return and briefly explain the reason for the return.
4. Within 24 hours, our team will review your return request and notify you via email with the outcome.
5. The cost of the return is €7 which will be deducted from the refund.

Return accepted

If your return is accepted, you will receive an email with a link to start the return process. Follow the instructions to generate a barcode.

Return shipping options

• Home Pickup: Choose this option if you prefer the courier to pick up the package directly from your home.
• GLS Locker: Choose this option if you wish to deposit the parcel in one of our partner GLS lockers.

Return not accepted

If your return has not been accepted, you will receive an email notification with a brief explanation. For further assistance, you can contact us on the support channels.
